SHE Shines 2026 is a women’s leadership experience designed to create honest conversations, authentic connection, and meaningful growth for women in every stage of life and leadership. This year’s theme, United in Identity, Rising Together, centers around the idea that when women are confident in who they are, they lead, live, and rise with greater courage, clarity, and impact.

Throughout the day, attendees will experience powerful keynote sessions, inspiring panel conversations, interactive breakout circles, meaningful networking, giveaways, and a curated local vendor market. More than a traditional conference, SHE Shines is intentionally designed to foster real connection and conversations women deeply relate to.

The 2026 event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Ann Marie Taylor, an award-winning educator and visionary leader known for her authentic approach to leadership, vulnerability, resilience, and collective growth. Her keynote, “Strong Women Are Not Born. They Are Built.” explores the hidden pressures many women carry while challenging attendees to embrace courage, connection, and the power of being fully seen.

Attendees will also hear from an incredible lineup of women leaders during the “Generations of Strength, Stories, and Leadership” panel, featuring conversations on identity, ambition, mentorship, resilience, business, family, and leadership across generations. Panelists include Patty Jaye Garrett Patterson, Danielle Thompson, Lauren Daylami, Anastasia Patterson, as inspiring voices from across our community.

A meaningful highlight of the day will be the presentation of the 2026 ATHENA Women’s Leadership Award, an internationally recognized honor celebrating a woman who demonstrates excellence in leadership, community service, and dedication to empowering others. The day will conclude with a live interview conversation featuring this year’s ATHENA recipient, offering attendees an inspiring and personal reflection on leadership, impact, and legacy.

Guests will also participate in Breakout Circles, a unique guided conversation experience centered around topics such as burnout, confidence, caregiving, leadership, reinvention, and starting over. Designed to feel personal rather than performative, these sessions encourage women to connect through shared experiences instead of titles or expectations.
